The structure at 3508 Amherst Avenue has been declared dangerous and a public nuisance by the office of the Building Official. The Board of Adjustment shall hear the complaint and determine if the property is in violation and may order action to be taken as necessary to remedy, alleviate, or remove any substandard building found to exist.
